What We Offer
SALARY: $275,000 to $450,000 per year

Responsible for providing general dental services, leading dental assistants and other professionals, and
participate in continuing education events.
Build trust and forge tight relationships with all Rodeo team members.
Effectively lead Dental Assistants and other dental professionals to produce excellent care for patients.
See a wide range of cases with patients of all ages, including the pediatric population.
Participate in Continuing Education events hosted by Rodeo Founders and members to continue to build
upon dental skillset.
Treat all patients, regardless of socio-economic status, with the utmost respect.
Provide proper notice when out of the office to allow essential staff to be prepared for daily patient
population.
Interact with other General Practice dentists daily in a professional and cordial manner.
Work with Regional Leads and Office Leaders to develop a strong office culture in your respective clinic.
Understand and utilize Open Dental for efficient patient flow and organization within the clinic.
Evangelize safety protocol and create a safety-first culture within your respective clinic.
Communicate effectively with the office leader to ensure alignment on all matters going on in the clinic.
Active state dental license (or ability to obtain before start date)
